Sotirov Service was registered in 1991, with the main purpose of servicing home electric appliances.

 

Its professional technicians service the city of Sofia and the region. As a Central service for warranty repair, Sotirov service collaborates with a myriad of subcontractors in the country.

 

The repairs are performed at the home of the client. We provide original spare parts from the manufacturers.

The service maintains and installs air conditioning units. We offer membership maintenance and servicing for units working in home or office conditions.

 

The service performs installation, repair, and maintenance of gas heating and cooking appliances up to 1.6 Мра. We have gas certification # С 136.

Sotirov Service's specialty is in the maintenance of home and professional appliances. How do we work?

The client can place a call for repair on the service phones, within business hours. Outside of business hours, the call is made through fax/voice mail or by email.

The information we need:

       1. The brand, model, and the identification number of the appliance;

       2. Description of the problem, according to the client;

       3. Client's address and phone number.

Calls can be made during the business hours of 8:30am - 6:00pm (8:30-18:00).

 

During the first visit, the appliance is diagnosed and some mechanical and other small repairs are performed. For a more specific repair, the service technician suggests the necessary spare parts, offers a price range for the full repair, and after a confirmation by the client, the repair is concluded.
